Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC seeks a Vice President, Player Development to deepen relationships with premium mass and high-end patrons and attract new guests to drive incremental gaming and non-gaming revenue. This leadership role unifies casino hosts, marketing, and operations to elevate guest experiences and maximize loyalty across resort offerings.

The ideal candidate has a proven following of VIP patrons, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to execute

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team to foster guest loyalty and revenue.
• Excellent communication, tact, judgment, integrity, and work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and meet revenue goals.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring high net individuals who contribute to gaming and non-gaming revenue.
• Greet patrons and maintain contact with hosted patrons during visits.
• Educate guests on all resort offerings throughout the property.
• Exhibit telemarketing and outreach skills to fill events and drive revenue.
• Handle guest issues efficiently and courteously.
• Interact with players in person and via multiple channels.
• Represent the property as a customer service role model.
• Assist convention sales and hotel operations with registrations.
• Provide leadership and data on guest feedback and program planning.
• Oversee guest visits including spa, dining, transportation and folios.
• Approve casino credit and manage markers.
• Host on-site and off-site VIP events.
• Use personal device for job-related tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
