Resorts World Las Vegas seeks a Vice President of Player Development to maintain and grow relationships with premium patrons, both gaming and non-gaming. The role involves hosting, education on resort offerings, and driving incremental revenue through a strong hosted program.

The ideal candidate has a robust following of mass premium and high-end guests and will lead with exceptional communication, multitasking, and service excellence in a luxury resort environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong existing following of mass premium and high-end patrons preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patrons upon arrival and maintain contact with hosted patrons during their visit.
• Bring high net individuals who contribute to gaming and non-gaming revenue.
• Educate patrons on all gaming and non-gaming offerings throughout the resort.
• Handle guest complaints in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Assist convention sales and hotel operations in registering and checking patrons in.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site hosted events (casino suites, tournaments, etc.).
• Manage guest visit logistics (spa, dining, in-room dining, transport, folios).
• Protect confidentiality of department and company records.
• Represent Resorts World Las Vegas as a customer service role model.
