Ash Brokerage, part of the Integrity Marketing family, is seeking a LTC Business Development Specialist to drive proactive sales and marketing activities within a defined territory. You will provide consultative support, manage client accounts, and help advisors design and present suitable long term care solutions to end clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with major in business or a related field, plus two to three years of related experience and/or training, OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services field is preferred.
• Prior experience selling Long Term Care and Linked Benefit products is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture agent relationships by creating awareness and executing action around Long Term Care Planning.
• Know the benefits and features of traditional Long Term Care insurance, Accelerated Benefit, and Linked Benefit products.
• Present to the end consumer by educating them and guide them to act on your recommendation.
• Generate sales by educating and training advisors in your specified territory.
• Be aware of new or modified product offerings, rate changes, state approvals, and industry developments.
• Know and understand core carrier underwriting requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from colleagues and clients, and effectively communicate with peers and team leaders.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
