You will lead five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer, shaping architecture, delivery, and partnerships with Finance and Parcel to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer; set clear expectations.
• Drive end-to-end automation of billing and reduce manual work.
• Deliver standalone TMS system in collaboration with Parcel team; monitor milestones.
• Drive network efficiency by improving LMS cost-to-serve; partner with warehouse leadership.
• Own the WMS platform scale and reliability for North America and UK growth.
