Responsibilities

• Own the complete people management lifecycle for two engineering teams: hiring, 1:1s, performance management, and career development.
• Set sprint goals and delivery commitments for both teams, maintaining a predictable cadence.
• Drive platform enhancements and translate business priorities into concrete technical work.
• Ensure operational excellence and reliability for live fulfillment systems, including incident handling and RCA.
• Collaborate with peers across WMS engineering to align priorities and roadmap planning.
