Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director of Logistics Finance to serve as the senior finance partner for the enterprise Logistics organization. You will lead the financial operating rhythm, provide decision support for freight and 3PL initiatives, and drive cost visibility across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Reporting to the Vice President, ISC Finance, this role requires global FP&A, strong data visualization, and executive partnership skills to influence across functions

Qualifications

• Progressive finance leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization (FP&A, controllership, or supply-chain finance).
• Ability to lead planning, forecasting, productivity, and executive business partnership for complex cost structures.
• Working knowledge of transportation, freight, warehousing, distribution, and logistics data flows.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, systems, and data-visualization capability, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Proven people leadership, talent development, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance partner to Logistics leadership and business stakeholders, framing decisions via landed cost, P&L impact, cash, service and risk.
• Lead the logistics financial operating rhythm, including monthly performance reviews and year-over-year cost analysis.
• Provide decision support for transportation, warehousing, distribution, network, carrier, freight-audit, and 3PL initiatives.
• Lead freight and warehousing planning, forecasting, and annual operating plan development with standardized assumptions.
• Monitor actual performance against AOP, forecast, and prior year; identify drivers like volume, mix, inflation, and savings.
• Govern freight and warehouse productivity pipelines and cost-to-serve opportunities.
• Sponsor improvements to freight-spend reporting, data views, and self-service analytics.
• Ensure cost visibility and data quality across Logistics and business finance teams.
