Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a large, global organization.
• Experience leading global, dispersed teams.
• Experience developing forecasts and operating plans with related analytics.
• Ability to translate complex financial issues into clear insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PA Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes.
• Establish clear reporting and operating processes with accurate data and insightful analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide practical counsel based on financial analysis.
• Develop integrated expense projections, reports, and presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Identify performance issues, risks, and opportunities in the plan or forecast.
