Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to optimize transportation and warehouse operations globally for the Process Technology group. You will lead transformation initiatives, improve service, and drive cost efficiency while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Logistics, this role offers a hybrid schedule at Rosemont, IL / Charlotte, NC / Houston, TX. A data‑driven mindset and a proven track record in logistics excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, or supply chain management.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in transportation logistics and warehouse operations.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Expertise in using SAP TM, EWM, MM, TMS, and data analytics platforms to drive decision-making.
• Proven logistics transformation experience, leading large complex projects globally and driving change across the enterprise.
• Direct warehouse/distribution and transportation operations experience across multi-site networks.
• Demonstrated track record achieving operational excellence in warehouse/distribution and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive breakthrough process improvements in transportation and warehousing to optimize logistics costs and delivery service.
• Lead enterprise logistics transformation initiatives, including warehouse network redesign and TMS implementation.
• Lead network modeling to define optimal warehouse footprint globally and lead consolidations.
• Develop logistics strategies and improvement roadmaps and drive implementation.
• Improve on-time delivery and PO/DO accuracy across regions.
