Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director, Logistics Finance in Charlotte, NC to serve as the senior finance partner to the enterprise Logistics organization. The role leads strategic financial planning across freight, warehousing, and third-party logistics, driving P&L insights and the operating rhythm.

The position collaborates with Logistics, Sourcing, controllership, technology, and shared services to strengthen cost visibility and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance in a global, matrixed organization.
• Ability to drive planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of logistics cost structures and financial controls.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling for executives.
• Proven leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance partner to Logistics leadership framing decisions through total landed cost, P&L impact, cash, service, and risk considerations.
• Lead the logistics financial operating rhythm, including monthly performance reviews, executive commentary, year-over-year cost walks, trend analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, and action follow-through.
• Provide decision support for transportation, warehousing, distribution, network, carrier, freight-audit, and third-party logistics initiatives.
• Drive freight-spend reporting and self-service analytics with standardized definitions and adopted dashboards.
• Partners on commercial and financial reviews of freight agreements and transition costs; escalate issues that disrupt operations or distort results.
