Job summary

Colgate is seeking a strategic Director of OT Security and Infrastructure to lead daily OT security operations across our manufacturing sites worldwide and align with Global Supply Chain objectives.

The role designs and maintains robust OT cybersecurity solutions, manages a high‑performing team, and collaborates with IT, Security Operations, and cloud services to protect our manufacturing assets and ensure operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 6+ years in OT security, network security, or ICS.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Experience working with global Supply Chain counterparts to drive cybersecurity objectives.
• 3+ years leading complex security projects.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-82, NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience managing OT asset platforms (Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Nozomi).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the OT cyber security team.
• Oversee OT security strategies and architectures across global manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and other IT organizations on security initiatives.
• Coordinate with Security Operations Center to enhance threat detection.
• Participate in investigations to determine root causes of OT incidents.
• Direct disaster recovery and backup strategy including cloud solutions.
