Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Operational Technology Leader to architect the site’s digital transformation by bridging automation and data-driven performance. You will lead projects, oversee plant floor systems, and ensure secure network infrastructure aligned with global standards.

Responsibilities include managing OT resources, collaborating with engineering and IT, and driving continuous improvement using FP&R tools to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related technical field.
• Experience leading plant floor systems, integration and automation in manufacturing.
• Expertise with PLCs, Wonderware MES/InTouch and SQL Server.
• Experience managing internal and external technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Strategic OT management across plant floor systems, PLCs, devices and networking.
• Lead automation projects, ensure global consistency of manufacturing systems.
• Develop and implement OT security and network infrastructure standards.
• Supervise OT resources and collaborate with plant leadership and IT teams.
• Analyze system performance to drive automation, efficiency and cost savings.
