Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking an Manufacturing OT Manager to lead strategy, governance, and support of the OT environment across facilities. You will establish OT standards, cybersecurity and governance frameworks, manage lifecycle and risk, and collaborate with Operations, IT, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions for 24/7 operations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and collaboration, with travel up to 30-50% as needed to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Control System Engineering, or Computer Science or a comparable field and 5+ years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Establish enterprise OT standards, cybersecurity controls, access management, risk assessments, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure secure and compliant manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain OT architecture standards, network specifications, and technology roadmaps that support current operations and future business needs.
Oversee lifecycle planning, obsolescence management, capital forecasting, system performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize reliability and uptime.
Govern system upgrades, patching, documentation, inventories, support processes, and ownership models to ensure stable and sustainable OT operations.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and project teams to support capital projects, new equipment implementation, user training, and alignment with business objectives and company values.
