Qualifications

Master's degree required in MBA, MHA or Organizational Development.
7+ years in learning & organizational development or talent development.
Experience in large healthcare systems or complex organizations preferred.
5+ years in leadership experience managing enterprise learning and development programs.
Experience with digital learning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning, leadership development and organizational capability initiatives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy to support clinical excellence and operational performance.
