Signature HealthCARE seeks a Director, Learning Operations and Projects to transform strategy into scalable learning programs across the enterprise. You will govern systems, drive onboarding readiness, and deliver analytics that show readiness, engagement, and program impact.

You will collaborate with HR, Clinical, IT, Operations, and Compliance leaders to align learning with organizational goals, lead large-scale initiatives, and mentor teams toward durable readiness and continuous improvement

Formación

• PMP certification required; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in learning and development or related fields.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise learning operations.
• Accountability for content, technologies, and project implementations at scale.
• Experience developing readiness strategies in complex environments preferred.
• Strong operational and PM skills; proficient in agile or similar methodologies.
• Deep understanding of learning technologies and data literacy for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise learning initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence through standardized processes and scalable tech.
• Partner with senior leaders across HR, IT, Operations, and Compliance.
• Grow leadership capabilities and succession pipelines; reduce readiness gaps.
• Translate readiness priorities into roadmaps, governance, and metrics for exec visibility.
• Design scalable learning workflows and documentation for consistency.
• Drive large-scale learning projects from planning to execution.
• Define, track, and report KPIs on program effectiveness and ROI.
• Serve as liaison for learning platforms, vendors, and system enhancements.
• Provide onboarding and orientation process support to drive consistency and engagement.
• Oversee needs analysis, instructional design, and enterprise upskilling initiatives.
