Job summary

Broward College is seeking a Senior Director of Nursing Administration to lead strategic direction across all nursing programs at the Willis Holcombe Center in Fort Lauderdale. This role aligns faculty, resources, and processes to uphold academic excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Senior Director will oversee curriculum development, faculty development, clinical education, and student success initiatives while collaborating with institutional leadership to advance program quality

Qualifications

• Requires three years teaching experience at the postsecondary level.
• Proven leadership in educational settings with increasing responsibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication and financial management skills.
• Strong teaching excellence and knowledge of Nursing in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Dean to develop and implement the College of Nursing’s vision and goals.
• Oversee multiple nursing programs ensuring curricular excellence and accreditation compliance.
• Coordinate curriculum development and program evaluation with program directors.
• Lead faculty recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate clinical placements and simulation-based learning with partners.
• Monitor student success indicators and drive interventions to improve outcomes.
