Job summary

London Approach seeks a pricing leader to supervise pricing operations, analyze pricing data, and drive continuous improvements. The role works across sales, finance, and other departments to ensure timely, accurate pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pricing analysis and team leadership, with strong Excel and BI tooling skills, including Power BI or Qlik. A hybrid schedule is offered, based in the Easton, PA area.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of pricing experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with pricing operations, pricing analysis, or pricing administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI, Qlik, and ERP/CRM reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the pricing team.
• Ensure pricing requests and workflows are completed accurately and on time.
• Prioritize workloads and resolve escalated pricing issues.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to address pricing concerns.
• Monitor team performance and track KPIs.
• Analyze pricing data and recommend process improvements.
• Lead special projects and data cleanup initiatives.
• Support pricing adjustments and price increase initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Help implement new technology, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
