Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Core IT Integration Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end technical delivery across the portfolio, including tenant consolidation, ServiceNow onboarding, data migration, and network security. You will lead workstream leads, manage partners, and ensure sequencing with enterprise standards while coordinating across multiple countries and time zones.

This hybrid role requires in-person presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery and multi‑workstream leadership.
• Experience leading Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure migration/consolidation programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise network security architecture and secure remote access.
• Experience directing delivery through third‑party partners and offshore teams.
• Track record of leading cutovers for business‑critical platforms with readiness criteria and go/no-go decisions.
• Ability to lead delivery across multiple countries and time zones with regional resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated technical delivery plan across the acquisition portfolio, sequencing entities into waves.
• Coordinate with workstreams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies between security, data, identity, and collaboration.
• Review designs and estimates, validating results and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
• Direct implementation partners and in-country resources through design, build, migration, cutover, and stabilization.
• Lead cutover execution with runbooks, command center operations, and business validation.
• Mature the integration factory model and improve repeatability of delivery across entities.
