Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director of Core IT Integration Delivery to own end-to-end technical delivery across the portfolio. You will lead workstreams for tenant consolidation, ServiceNow onboarding, data migration, and security across multiple entities and regions.

Collaboration with in‑country teams and partners is essential to maintain schedule and quality. You will review designs, validate estimates, and make decisions under pressure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and gating

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise technology delivery or related leadership roles.
Experience leading multi-workstream programs across identity, collaboration, service mgmt, network, and data.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure migrations/consolidations.
Knowledge of enterprise network security architecture and secure remote access.
Experience directing delivery via third-party partners and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical delivery across the acquisition portfolio and coordinate waves.
Lead workstream leads for tenant consolidation, ServiceNow, data migration, network security, and branch office integration.
Review designs, challenge estimates, validate results, and make decisions under pressure.
Hold security reviews as gates before interconnect and go-live.
Direct implementation partners and in-country resources through design, build, migration, cutover, and stabilization.
