Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Core IT Integration Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery across an acquisition portfolio. The role manages tenant consolidation, ServiceNow onboarding, data migration, and network security, coordinating with in-country teams and partners to ensure standardization and cost optimization.

The position requires extensive experience in enterprise technology delivery, MS 365/Azure migrations, and a track record of leading multi-workstream initiatives

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure migrations.
Ability to review designs, challenge estimates, and drive decisions across multi-workstream delivery.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical delivery across the portfolio.
Coordinate with in-country resources and partners to execute waves.
Review partner designs, estimates, and plans before acceptance.
Lead cutover execution, including runbooks, command center, and go/no-go decisions.
Drive post-migration hypercare and transition to steady-state support.
