Job summary
Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Core IT Integration Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery for the integration portfolio. You will manage tenant consolidation, ServiceNow onboarding, data migration, and network security while coordinating with partners and in-country teams to meet enterprise standards.
You will review designs, challenge estimates, and decide under pressure, ensuring readiness gates and security reviews precede go-live.
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise technology delivery with multi-workstream oversight.
- Proven ability to review designs, challenge estimates, and drive decisions.
- Experience with M365, Entra ID, and Azure migrations or consolidations.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated technical delivery plan across portfolios and waves.
- Lead delivery of tenant consolidation, ServiceNow onboarding, data migration, and network/security workstreams.
- Direct partner resources and ensure adherence to standards and timelines.
- Provide executive-ready progress reporting on risk, cost, and readiness.
- Coordinate with Security, Data, People & Culture, and Finance workstreams.
