Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Core IT Integration Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery across the acquisition portfolio. You will supervise workstream leads for tenant consolidation, ServiceNow onboarding, data migration, and network/branch integration, ensuring secure, standardized deployment and tight cross-functional coordination.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery, experience with M365/Entra/Azure, and strong leadership of partner-driven

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-workstream delivery across identity, data, security, and network.
• Deep knowledge of tenant consolidation and cloud-based migrations.
• Strong program management with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery across the acquisition portfolio and waves.
• Review partner designs and estimates, ensuring standard patterns are followed.
• Manage cutover, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization activities.
• Coordinate with Security, Data, and Finance to align sequencing and handoffs.
• Lead and develop the integration factory model and per-entity estimating.
