Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in IT management or supervisory role overseeing teams of technical professionals.

• Provide strategic, architectural, and operational leadership for enterprise IT infrastructure across all district campuses and centers.
• Oversee design, operation, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure services with high availability and scalability.
• Establish ITSM practices aligned with ITIL; monitor performance, incidents, and service delivery outcomes.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for all infrastructure services.
• Partner with CISO to ensure security and regulatory compliance of infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the Infrastructure Team and manage budget, procurement, and vendor relationships.
