Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• MBA or CPA/CMA and related certifications preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in finance or accounting roles; MedTech experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Anaplan or similar FP&A tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for US Product Development and Scientific Affairs, including forecasting and headcount planning.
• Advise R&D leaders on financial decisions and budgets.
• Monitor results vs. plans; identify risks and opportunities for execs.
• Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to company guidance.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automated reporting.
• Coach and develop team members; manage talent.
