Job summary

ZEUS SOLUTIONS INC seeks a Director of IT Services to provide executive-level leadership for ITIM and Delivery Services. You will oversee cloud, network, service desk, and infrastructure operations, guiding modernization efforts and ensuring continuity of operations in a complex healthcare-focused state program.

Reporting to the CIO/CTO, you will manage vendor relationships, contract governance, risk/compliance with HIPAA and CMS ARC-AMPE, and develop SOPs and dashboards for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• The successful resource will have five or more years of IT leadership experience.
• 10+ years of progressive IT operations and infrastructure management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience in regulated environments with HIPAA and CMS ARC-AMPE security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations and ensure availability of enterprise systems.
• Triage, assign, and track service tickets for cloud, hosting, and network services.
• Coordinate DNS changes, firewall rules, and access provisioning with teams.
• Lead incident response for major outages including root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
• Develop and update SOPs for ITIM service areas.
• Prepare weekly status reports for IT leadership.
