Zelis Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Security Delivery to transform and lead technical delivery across Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security. You will establish modern delivery models, mentor leaders, and partner with senior stakeholders to realize measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years delivering IT infrastructure products and programs.
Minimum of 7 years in people leadership and succession planning.
Experience transforming delivery frameworks, operating models, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security delivery portfolios.
Translate roadmaps and risk priorities into executable plans with clear ownership.
Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Mentor Technical Team Execution Leads and drive a culture of delivery excellence.
