Job summary

IMMI is seeking a seasoned Director of IT Infrastructure to lead Networking & Telephony, Systems Administration, and Help Desk across multiple sites and plants. The role reports to the VP of IT and guides cloud adoption, disaster recovery, and security programs.

Responsibilities include setting KPIs, aligning infrastructure with global growth, and managing hybrid Azure/AWS environments, virtualization, and data center operations with a strong focus on availability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise infrastructure.
• Expertise in network architecture, server virtualization, storage, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure initiatives in multi-site or global manufacturing or enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, strategic planning, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with global business objectives and growth plans.
• Drive adoption of automation, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance benchmarks for infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to ensure infrastructure initiatives support evolving technology needs.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems, including networks, servers, storage, and data centers.
• Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and virtualization platforms.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all IT systems.
• Direct implementation of scalable, cost-effective technology solutions across plants and offices.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategies, monitoring, and threat mitigation.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup solutions, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate IT policies.
• Monitor emerging infrastructure trends, threats, and compliance requirements.
• Lead global infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts on schedule and within budget.
