Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking a Director of Inventory Management to develop and lead the inventory strategy across distribution centers and fulfillment operations in Midtown Manhattan, with a hybrid schedule (Mondays–Thursdays on-site, Fridays remote) and occasional travel to a Trenton, NJ-based 3PL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of inventory/fulfillment experience with strong control focus.
• 5+ years leading inventory control or warehouse teams; ERP/WMS experience essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead inventory strategy across distribution centers and fulfillment operations.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, turnover, and reduction of excess/obsolete stock.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and support timely financial reporting.
• Own inventory SOX controls and audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Create dashboards/KPIs to monitor inventory health and process efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance inventory processes across sites.
• Establish inventory governance and standard operating procedures across warehouses.
• Manage audits and ensure approvals/documentation for adjustments/write-offs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP/WMS and reporting capabilities.
• Review adjustments, write-offs, and scrap transactions with proper approvals.
