Job summary

Fourth Floor, a fragrance company, is seeking a senior inventory leader to shape and oversee inventory strategy across distribution centers and fulfillment operations in New York, NY. This is a director-level role requiring strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

You will drive improvements in turnover, manage SOX controls, and partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Sales to optimize ERP and WMS systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in inventory, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain
• 5+ years leading inventory control or warehouse teams
• ERP & WMS expertise
• Strong Excel/analytical skills
• Knowledge of SOX/internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory strategy, controls, accuracy, and optimization
• Drive improvements in inventory turnover and reduction of excess/obsolete inventory
