Job summary

Servier in Boston is seeking an Associate Director, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement. You will lead internal communications programs, shape how employees experience Servier’s mission, strategy, values and growth, and elevate employer brand across the organization.

You will own internal communications channels, collaborate with Human Resources, and guide change communications during growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in internal or employee engagement
• Strong writing and storytelling to distill complex topics for a global audience
• Proven record leading enterprise-wide internal communications and engagement initiatives
• Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to shape culture and strategy
• Ability to support senior leaders with executive communications for high-visibility moments
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and cross-geography operations
• Experience establishing feedback loops and using metrics to drive improvement
• Strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and other teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with quality execution
• Prior people management experience and coaching ability

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and values
• Own and optimize internal channels and platforms for timely, engaging communications
• Develop strategies supporting organizational change, growth, and acquisitions
• Partner with HR and leaders to reinforce culture and employee experience
• Build engagement programs fostering connection, recognition, and belonging
• Gather employee insights and use data to improve communications effectiveness
• Elevate employee voices through internal and digital channels
• Provide strategic communications counsel to leaders for key change moments
• Shape employer brand through authentic storytelling about culture and science
• Oversee planning for culture-building and community engagement initiatives
• Support CSR communications and cross-functional priorities
• Manage and develop team members and ensure high-quality delivery
