DBV Technologies, based in Warren, NJ, seeks a Director, Internal Communications to lead global internal communications strategy and execution for employees in France and the United States. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Communications.

You will partner with HR and executive leadership to deliver transparent, engaging messaging around regulatory milestones, clinical progress, and commercial readiness across geographies, shaping the employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Business or a related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of progressive internal communications experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing communications strategies for multi-country organizations.
• Experience supporting companies through growth phases or product launches.
• Experience advising senior leadership and providing context on employee communications.

Responsabilidades

• Own the company's internal communications strategy and annual plan, aligning employees around business objectives, company culture, and mission.
• Develop internal narratives around regulatory milestones, clinical achievements, and commercial readiness activities.
• Build scalable processes for message intake, prioritization, approvals, and translation between English and French.
• Oversee content strategy and production for intranet, newsletters, video content, and collaboration platforms.
• Write and edit internal communications including announcements, newsletters, talking points, FAQs, and presentation materials.
• Ensure all internal communications reflect the company's brand voice and transparency.
• Lead communications for transformation and organizational growth, including onboarding new teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and other functions to communicate updates to employees.
• Equip managers with talking points and toolkits to cascade messages consistently.
• Translate insights from surveys and feedback into action-focused communications.
• Define measures of communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT on the use of internal channels and platforms.
• Ensure regulatory, clinical, and financial communications are accurate and compliant.
