Job summary

Signature Healthcare, MA is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Leader to drive workforce engagement and alignment with organizational strategy. You will craft executive messages, manage a multi‑channel editorial calendar and oversee content across intranet, newsletters, and town halls.

You will partner with HR, operations and leadership to translate complex information into clear, timely communications, including crisis and incident communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in internal communications, media relations, social media and executive writing.
• Exceptional writing, editing and message‑development skills across formats and audiences.
• Ability to manage confidential information and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal communications plan aligned with organizational strategy, culture, safety, workforce and change priorities.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar for employee communications across channels such as email, newsletters, town halls, intranet or employee app.
• Draft executive messages, talking points, presentations, scripts, FAQs and other leadership communications.
• Develop and execute Signature Healthcare's owned social media strategy and oversee social media presence across platforms.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day media contact and build constructive relationships with local and regional outlets.
• Maintain crisis communications plans and provide timely communications during emergencies in partnership with leadership.
• Provide clear editorial direction and edit content for accuracy, tone and brand alignment.
• Ensure communications comply with privacy, legal, regulatory and organizational requirements.
