Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 8+ years of internal or employee engagement experience or related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex topics and connect the dots across a matrixed, global environment
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide internal communications programs and employee engagement initiatives
• Strong experience partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to shape culture, employee engagement and organizational communications strategies
• Proven ability to support senior leaders and develop executive communications for high-visibility internal moments
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within companies operating across geographies and therapeutic areas
• Background in employee engagement, culture initiatives, organizational change and/or integration communications
• Experience establishing feedback loops, using employee insights and applying communications metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders with a track record of partnering cross-functionally with HR and other teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of quality, judgement and execution
• Prior people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing team members

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and evolution of internal communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and values
• Own and optimize internal channels and platforms to be informative, timely and engaging
• Develop and execute communications and engagement strategies supporting change, growth and partnerships
• Partner with HR and leaders to shape culture, alignment, and employee experience
• Build and lead employee engagement programs that foster connection and belonging
• Gather employee insights, use data to assess effectiveness and improve strategies
• Elevate employee voices through internal and digital platforms reflecting Servier’s culture and values
• Provide strategic communications counsel to leaders for internal moments of change
• Shape employer brand through authentic storytelling about culture and scientific progress
• Oversee planning for culture-building and community engagement initiatives
• Support internal communications tied to Corporate Social Responsibility and cross-functional priorities
• Manage and develop team members, set priorities, and ensure high-quality execution
