HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management to lead and coordinate technical competencies across the service lines. The role focuses on risk management, client engagement, and shaping the practice within HDR's Water Business Group.

The position requires a seasoned leader with a strong pedigree in architecture/engineering, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across market sectors and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering required for technical leadership roles.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with directors, operations managers and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related classes, market sectors, business groups and operations.
• Lead risk management and ensure quality standards.
• Support planning, modeling and design across service areas.
