HDR is seeking a Business Class Director to lead Integrated Watershed Management within HDR's Water Business Group. You will direct service lines across watershed management, water supply, groundwater, and water quality, coordinating with market sectors and operations to deliver complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, or engineering field.
• At least 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional or architecture/engineering registration required for technical design roles.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with other directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management through reviews and advisory services.
• Oversee development of tools, standards and techniques to improve quality.
• Mentor technical leaders and manage project delivery.
• Support client management and proposal development.
• Represent HDR in industry organizations and events.
