Job summary

Feetures, a family-owned performance brand based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Director of Integrated Planning & Supplier Performance. You will own demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, and supplier performance, reporting to the VP Global Supply Chain.

Lead the S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and executives to align plans and drive results. You will build and lead a planning team, turning analytics into actionable decisions that balance service, margin, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business or related field.
10+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP/IBP; 5+ years leading planners.
Experience presenting to executives and driving decisions.
Experience with statistical and consensus forecasting across multiple channels.
Experience managing offshore/contract manufacturing and capacity reviews.
Proven track record with supplier scorecards and performance reviews.
Strong Excel and BI skills; familiarity with planning systems.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end planning ecosystem: demand forecasting, supply planning, production capacity, supplier performance.
Lead the S&OP process and monthly cadence with cross-functional partners.
Develop and coach the planning team; translate data into actionable recommendations.
Manage inventory health, service levels, and cost trade-offs with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Drive supplier performance and capacity reliability with scorecards and reviews.
