Job summary

TBC Corporation in Florida seeks a Director, Supply Planning and Execution to lead end-to-end supply planning, optimize inventory, and improve working capital across the enterprise. You will oversee PO management, inventory deployment, and balancing across the distribution network, partnering with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, Operations, and Finance.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and a history of building high-performing teams and scalable planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master’s is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in supply planning, inventory, purchasing, or related areas.
• 5+ years leading planning or supply chain teams; strong stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning across the distribution network.
• Develop and maintain plans aligning demand forecasts with supplier capabilities.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory deployment, and transfers for service levels.
• Drive KPI execution: turns, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, Operations and Finance.
