Job summary

BestCo LLC in North Carolina seeks an Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead end-to-end S&OP, coordinating Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to drive data-driven decisions.

This role drives planning analytics, KPI governance, and scenario modeling to advance the Integrated Business Planning process across sites in the US and Canada, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning
• Experience in fast-paced food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or CPG environments
• Experience with batch and unit production environments including make-to-order and make-to-stock
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills including forecasting and scenario planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle from data collection through executive review
• Develop and maintain standardized S&OP deliverables and executive presentations
• Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs across functions
• Ensure alignment between demand plans, capacity plans, and business objectives
• Facilitate monthly cross-functional planning meetings and document decisions and actions
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and capacity requirements
• Develop scenarios and recommendations to support business decisions
• Travel up to one week per month across US and Canada
