Job summary

SCN BestCo seeks an Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead end-to-end S&OP, bridging Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams. You will drive planning analytics, KPI governance, and scenario modeling to ensure data-driven decisions and aligned business plans.

This role connects forecasted demand with capacity, inventory, and service objectives. You will lead cross-functional planning, develop dashboards, and push standardization and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 8 years’ progressive experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing, including demand/supply planning, production planning, inventory, MRP, capacity planning.
• Experience in fast-paced food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or CPG environments.
• Experience with batch and unit production environments, including make-to-order and make-to-stock.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle from data collection through executive review.
• Develop and maintain standardized S&OP deliverables and executive presentations.
• Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs across functions.
• Ensure alignment between demand and capacity plans and business objectives.
• Facilitate monthly cross-functional planning meetings and document decisions.
