Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry leading large-scale initiatives.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
• CBPP-Certified Business Process Professional preferred.
• CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight for execution of complex business cases, assessing feasibility and risks.
• Lead activation of strategic guidance for maximizing effective implementation and results.
• Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and analyze process data to recommend sustainable business practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for knowledge transfer and development of standard operating procedures.
• Drive consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity in process mapping and implementation.
• Create timely communication for stakeholders and contribute to executive presentations.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Integrated Communication Services Process Owner to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will guide operational process strategy and execution for a complex healthcare environment, with a strong focus on business transformation and process improvement. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to assess feasibility, reduce risk, and drive consistent implementation of end-to-end workflows. The position also plays a key role in turning data-driven insights into sustainable operating practices, clear communication, and executive-ready recommendations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,600 – $249,000 annually
