Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Director of Integrated Strategy (B2B) to lead strategy across brand, content, experience, and media.

The role focuses on translating strategic direction into briefs that enable cohesive creative, content and experience execution. You will build brand worlds, articulate edges with specificity, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategy is embedded across touchpoints, including social and influencer contexts.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years strategy experience with fluency in creative strategy, content strategy, experience strategy AND media strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate breakthrough strategic thinking, not just execute briefs.
• Track record working on B2B brands in complex strategic environments.
• Experience across creative, content, experience and media functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into powerful briefs and catalytic ideas for multi-brand B2B contexts.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to ensure strategy translates across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Develop content and sales enablement strategies that support the buying journey and elevate the brand.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to integrated thinking across disciplines.
