Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in a commercially focused client finance or accounting role.
• Extensive negotiating contracts and service agreements experience.
• Initiative with ability to manage multiple projects and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in large, complex global organisations within media, creative or data contexts.

Responsibilities

• Growth Enablement: Lead a community of Client Commercial Leads for global/new business pitches; optimize commercial structures for competitive offers.
• Relational Enablement: Provide executive sponsorship for priority clients; manage escalations; advise on renewals.
• Commercial Excellence: Translate strategy into a defined program; optimize people, processes and tech; manage interdependencies across workstreams.
• People: Talent and capability development: Develop and mentor a high-performing team of client-facing experts.
• Clients: Contract Risk Management: Codify cross-practice contract lifecycle management and governance; develop negotiating toolkits.
• Work: Governing New and Existing Deals, Managing Risk & Commercial Policy Setting: Drive client financial performance and provide senior guidance.
• Financials: Talent and capability development: Define benchmarks and KPIs for pricing and profitability.
• Transformation: Support the realization of regional and global commercial goals via strategy delivery.
