Job summary

Lone Peak Insurance Company seeks a Director of Insurance Operations to lead carrier operations, licensing, filings, and regulatory affairs for multi-state governance. You will own ERM documentation, prepare board materials, coordinate with regulators and external advisors, and drive enterprise compliance across Alpha Warranty Services and Cadence Innovations Group.

Exemplary communication, deep P&C knowledge, and a track record with NAIC filings and regulatory responses are required.

Qualifications

• Statutory accounting experience, NAIC filings knowledge.
• Experience managing state licensing and DOI filings.
• Strong written communication for regulatory responses and board materials.
• ERM and compliance program familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier operations and state licensing expansion.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements with NAIC and regulators.
• Maintain enterprise risk management documentation and risk register.
• Prepare board meeting materials and manage regulatory correspondence.
• Coordinate advisor and regulator interactions and ensure compliance.
