HSBC Global Services Limited in the Americas seeks a Director, Regional Head of Institutional Sales to lead GPS growth across USA, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and beyond. You will shape regional strategy, drive revenue, and manage complex cross‑border payments solutions for institutional clients.

You will partner with Global Heads, build high‑performing teams, and embed risk controls while navigating global/regional agendas.

Qualificações

• Substantial client facing experience in transaction banking and institutional banking.
• Knowledge of payments, treasury management and banking industry trends.
• Track record of delivering growth initiatives and innovative solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across regions and functions.
• Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a global footprint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the GPS Institutional Sales organization in the Americas across sub-sectors and geographies.
• Drive revenue, deal origination and growth while managing costs and KPIs.
• Position HSBC as a top provider of payments and cash management for global clients.
• Develop tailored GPS solutions and deepen client relationships.
• Represent GPS in governance forums and industry events; act as a leader in thought leadership.
