Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the GPS Institutional Sales organization in the Americas (USA, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay).
• Set regional strategy and drive revenue growth across sub-sectors (Banks, Insurance, Asset Managers, Securities Services, Hedge Funds, Private Equity).
• Engage with senior clients and cross-functional teams to deliver complex payment solutions.
• Balance growth with risk management, cost control, and KPI achievement.
• Represent GPS in governance, investments forums and industry events.
