Job summary

KeHE Distributors, an employee-owned distributor of natural, organic, specialty, and fresh products, is seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics. You will lead teams in Revenue and Sales Analytics, build dashboards, and standardize reporting to drive top- and bottom-line growth.

The role partners with Revenue Management and Commercial functions to define KPIs, deliver insights, and scale analytics across the organization. This is a senior leadership position in Naperville, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, Finance, or Consulting; distribution or CPG a plus.
• 5+ years leading and scaling a high-performing analytics team through growth.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and strong SQL/Python skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue analytics and reporting to guide commercial decisions across the organization.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to show profitability, pricing impact, and ROI.
• Standardize reporting cadence and consolidate insights for executives.
• Build and maintain topics for a Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Commercial leaders to drive growth.
