Job summary

Charter Communications invites a seasoned Director, ISP, to lead its Inside Plant Operations across the Mountain States Market Area, driving structured practices for stable product delivery and alignment with company goals.

You will manage facilities, HVAC, power, cabling, and compliance, while supporting Technology Operations teams and engineering initiatives, enabling scalable network deployment and service excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years engineering experience.
8+ years management experience.
5+ years of project management.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead an effective Inside Plant Leadership team to drive a high-performance culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee inside plant operations, including facilities, electronics, powering, cooling, cabling, and FCC compliance.
Provide hands-on support for Technology Operations teams at colocation and Hub locations.
Offer engineering operational support for new and existing technologies and initiatives.
Evaluate and consult with leaders on technical operations, strategic planning, and network operations.
