Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Director, Inside Plant Operations in South Carolina to lead the Inside Plant Operations staff and facilities, driving disciplined practices for stable product delivery and cross-functional alignment with company goals. The role focuses on planning, CAPEX/OPEX spending, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Plant Operations staff and facilities in the SC market to ensure stable product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee facilities, electronics, powering, cooling, cabling and FCC compliance.
• Provide hands-on support for Technology Operations teams at colocation and hub locations.
• Consult with leaders on technical operations, strategic planning and network operations.
