Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of engineering experience; 8+ years in management; 5+ years in project management.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead an effective Inside Plant Leadership team to drive a high-performance culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee inside plant operations, including facilities, electronics, powering, cooling, cabling, and FCC compliance.
Provide hands-on support for Technology Operations teams at colocation and Hub locations.
Offer engineering operational support for new and existing technologies and initiatives.
Evaluate and consult with leaders on technical operations, strategic planning, and network operations.
