Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Director, ISP Inside Plant Operations to lead the Mountain States Market Area, driving disciplined practices for stable product delivery and aligning with company goals. You will support CAPEX/OPEX planning, collaborate across teams, and oversee facilities, powering, cooling, cabling, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include building a high-performance leadership team, managing complex projects, and ensuring safe, compliant operations with extensive engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of project management.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Plant Operations staff and facilities.
• Drive structured and disciplined practices for stable product delivery.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX spending and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide engineering operational support for new and existing technologies.
• Oversee operations, facilities, powering, cooling, cabling, and FCC compliance.
