Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside in Columbus, GA seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee administrative and operational functions for assigned departments. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will manage costs, HR, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes while advancing patient– and family-centered care within a Shared Governance model.

This role requires a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, a GA RN license, and 7 years of nursing experience including 3 years in

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

Work Experience

• 7 years nursing experience to include a three (3) years of progressive management experience Required

Licenses and Certifications
